Body Flow is an assembly of dance moves combined with strengthening exercises, stretching, balancing, coordination and proper breathing. Ivana Kocevska, a graduated ballet pedagogue, and the participants, under her guidance, will all together learn to relax their own body and move gracefully, naturally with the help of several elegant dance exercises. Kocevska will share her approach to this technique with us and her training is open to take for anyone, regardless of physical fitness and age. No prior dance experience or sports discipline is required to practice this technique.
