The goal of this interactivе and educational workshop that empowers female sexuality is to help us be curious about sex and to accentuate the importance of our own sexual pleasure and the energy we are putting into it. Although the workshop is mainly intended for adult females or non-binary audience, it is important that we emphasize that most of our sexual functions, emotions, and needs are the same for all humans, regardless of our genitalia and gender. During the workshop, we will develop new ways of thinking about sexuality, listen to the experiences of others, try and see how it is to wear a strap-on, exercise, and challenge ourselves to answer questions that may strengthen our self-esteem. 

Marika Smith is a sex inspirator, counsellor, lecturer and a freelance writer from Stockholm who has specialised in sex and relationships. The concept of Marika’s work is called Sexpiration, since the main idea is to use positive aspects of sex to inspire people to learn, grow, and feel better about themselves in their intimacy and love life. Marika has a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Ethnology from Stockholm University, specialising in applying several cultural perspectives to sexuality, such as BDSM, cultural heritage and consumption.
